Conference Fees and Payment

The conference fee may be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque (payable to “Heriot-Watt University”) or Bank Transfer. The Fees for ERES 2012 are as follows:

* To be eligible for the PhD student fee a letter confirming student status signed by the supervisor must be submitted to the conference organising committee before 1st of May 2012.

The conference fee for Delegates and PhD students includes:

• Lunches each day from Thursday 14th June to Saturday 16th June
• Welcome Reception on 13th June at Dynamic Earth- finger buffet and drinks
• Conference Gala dinner on Thursday 14th June at The National Museum of Scotland
• Whisky Tasting sponsored by Edinburgh City Council on Friday 15th June at Edinburgh City Chambers
• Evening Reception on Friday 15th June at Edinburgh Castle - canapes and drinks
• 1-year subscription to The Journal of European Real Estate Research
• Admission to all sessions
• Conference materials
• Refreshments during session breaks

The fee for Accompanying Persons includes

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to the Organising Committee of the ERES 2012 Conference

Refunds will be approved after the conference as follows:

• Cancellations received before 18th May 2012: payment will be refunded less £75 administration costs
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 18th May 2012.
