The European Real Estate Society welcomes participants to the 21st Annual Conference to be held on the 25th-28th June 2014 in Bucharest, Romania.

The Department of Financial Analysis and Valuation of The Bucharest University of Economic Studies are proud to organise and chair this event.

The ERES Annual Conference provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of research in areas such as real estate finance, economics, appraisal, investment and asset management. ERES incorporates national research societies, academic researchers, practitioners and doctoral students engaged in real estate.
