Funding for PhD Students Participating
in ERES Annual Conference
The European Real Estate Society will provide a limited number of scholarships of €500 for full-time doctoral students currently enrolled at a European University to present a paper in the doctoral session of the ERES Annual Conference. Receipt of an ERES Scholarship will also entitle the holder to a refund of the early-bird-PhD-conference fee (in addition to the €500 scholarship) which includes a one year membership of ERES and access to the Journal of European Real Estate Research.
Kindly note that you are expected to settle registration and payment of your expenses for the conference in advance. The refund will take place after participation in the conference.
The application requires a two page summary of your doctoral presentation (incl. submission ID of your abstract to the ERES conference) and a brief outline of your expected costs (travel, accommodation and subsistence) to attend ERES. Decisions for acceptance will be based where you are in the thesis process.
· You are not eligible if you have received the ERES PhD grant in the past 2 years (conferences).
· Preference will be given to students that are graduating before June.
· Applications are due no later than March 7th 2019 (CET, Midnight) and we will make acceptance decisions by March 26th, 2019.
