The ERES industry seminar will focus on the impact of the energy crisis that we are experiencing in the last years on the real estate industry. The first roundtable will focus on Energy crisis and the impact on the selection of estate investments. The discussion will focus on both the strategies adopted by corporations and the asset managers. The second roundtable will be focused on the energy efficiency financing by considering different type of real estate assets and infrastructures. The discussion will focus on the EU and Italian context.
